Staff and residents at The Helier were thrilled to share a proud moment with Charlotte, our Concierge, as she become a Professional Affiliate member of the renowned Les Clef d’Or, receiving her beautiful pin adorned with the symbol of the crossed keys.
Guided by a strict code of ethics, the Les Clef d’Or is an institution over 100 years old whose members are committed to providing exemplary service in the role of a concierge.
Charlotte is integral to our service offering here at The Helier, working closely with our residents to plan special events, shop for gifts, book tickets and travel and so much more. She is the first in the Aged Care and Retirement sector to receive this honour and we feel privileged to have her as a part of The Helier team.
