The Helier team were delighted to attend the Property Council New Zealand’s 2024 Property Industry Awards. Our beautiful building was nominated in the Retirement Living and Aged Care category, and won not only an ‘Excellence’ award, but took home ‘Best in Category.’
The judges commented, “Not only is this a beautiful building with superior finishes and amenities but every aspect has been designed with intention. It’s a statement building that integrates harmoniously into its surrounds; the quality of the finishes is second to none and its sustainability credentials will appeal to discerning residents as much as its functionality as they enjoy their later years.”
This was such an honour and a credit to the team who have worked so hard on creating a such a special home for our residents with thoughtful design throughout.
